This Privacy Policy explains how AppSyntax ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the Squishy Siege mobile app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, or contact details through the App. The App works as follows:

The App shows only non-personalised ads and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, so iOS will not ask you for tracking permission. You can still reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Game data stays on your device until you remove it. Advertising data is retained by Google in line with Google's own retention policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold personally identifying information about you ourselves, most requests relating to advertising data should be directed to Google.
